We are thrilled to introduce Transitions Beyond Boundaries, Inc. a newly established 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance through life’s most profound transitions. Our mission is to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate change, loss, and new beginnings–helping them move forward with clarity, strength, and resilience.
We will be rolling out our transition services in phases, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin serving our community. Be on the lookout for the launch of our next 9-week grief support group. We are honored to be part of your healing and planning process and look forward to walking this path with you.

Our Journey

The Story Behind Transitions Beyond Boundaries

During the COVID era, our founder endured six profound losses in a short span of time, bringing on a wave of heartbreak. Each one deepened her awareness of how isolating grief can be, and how rarely we’re encouraged to talk about death and life’s major transitions.

From that pain grew a calling: to help others navigate grief in healthier, more compassionate ways. This vision became Transitions Beyond Boundaries—a nonprofit dedicated to creating community, opening conversations, and guiding people through life’s most difficult passages with hope and healing.
